40k Intro Session Sunday 11th January
Regular price £10.00A chance to have one of us take you through the basics of 40K. It’s designed to be a jumping on point if you want to join our learners league.
We’ll run this for a small group (maximum of 6) and take you through a game from deployment through to the final turn.
What you’ll need:
A 1000 point army.
Dice
Tape measure
Codex
We’ll provide the terrain & objective markers and set everything up so we’re ready to go.
The session will run 6-10 pm.
FAQ's
- Your army doesn’t have to be painted. But everything will need to be on the correct base size.
- The best place to build an army list is GW’s official 40K app. You’ll be able to build an army list even if you don’t have a codex to unlock their rules.
- You will eventually need your armies codex. You won’t need the rule book (the main rules are in the 40K app for free)
- When I say 1000 points. I mean no more than 1000 points. It’s not unusual for an army to be a few points under because there’s nothing else that fits.
- For the intro session you’ll need your army, dice, a tape measure & codex. We’ll supply objectives & mission decks. If you don’t know what those last two are. Don’t worry. You will by the end of the session.
We offer a click & collect/ collect in store option from our Leeds store.
To use it simply select the pick up option on the checkout.
If you forget to do this and are given postage options click the return to information button to go back and select pick up.
Once we have received your order we will pick it and email you to tell you it's ready for collection.
The email will also contain up to date COVID information and opening times.
