Shipping policy

Where possible we ship through Royal Mail as our preferred carrier.

On most items we offer the option of shipping either 1st or 2nd class with Royal Mail. 

Some items cannot be sent by Royal Mail because they are either too heavy or prohibited by Royal Mail.

For these items we use a courier. Our current courier of choice is DHL and wherever possible we will use them to fulfil your order. However there may be times where due to capacity or technology issues we cannot use them. In which case we will use a similar service from another provider.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is offered on most items on the site for orders above £50.

For most orders under 1kg we will ship for free 1st Class.

For most orders 1-2kg we will ship for free 2nd Class.

For orders over 2kg and orders that contain Royal Mail restricted items, its mostly spray cans, we will ship via courier.

We reserve the right to use the shipping method we deem to be appropriate for free shipping.

Please not we do not offer free shipping outside of the UK. Its just too expensive to ship abroad.

 Click & Collect

To click & collect checkout as normal and select pick up rather than shipping.

If you forget to do this and get to the shipping options then you can click return to information to change to pick up.

Once your order is completed we will pick it and send you an email letting you know your items are ready to collect.
